Mechanics Take off, running technique and sliding technique. |
Strength/Conditioning Repetitive weighted and non-weighted drills. |
Stretching The body as a whole and the specific muscles being used. |
Base Running in Progression Base running skills such as sprint to first, sliding, stealing and tagging up. |
