Instruction will focus on:
Fundamentals

Tracking the ball, approach, glove placement, grounders (slow/fast), fly-ball, hopping over runner, after the catch, crow-hop, and situations.

 

Mechanics

Body position, glove position, arm motion, and follow through

 

Strength/Conditioning

Repetitive weighted and non-weighted drills.

 

Stretching
The body as a whole and the specific muscles being used.
